Returns & Exchanges

At Marlies Dekkers, we want you to feel confident and empowered in your lingerie; if you are not completely satisfied, you can return your items within 30 days of receipt. Please ensure all items are unworn, in their original condition, and have all tags and hygiene seals intact.

Return Process

  Register Your Return

  Log in to your account or visit our returns portal to select the items you wish to send back and indicate the reason for return.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Place the items in their original packaging, ensuring the hygiene strips are still attached, and include the completed return form inside the box.

• 3.
  Label and Ship

  Affix the provided prepaid return shipping label to the outside of your package and drop it off at your nearest authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse has inspected and approved your return, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 10-14 business days.
